Excellent staff and extensive breakfast with lots of options. We received a room with a sunny balcony and outstanding views.

We loved drinks and food, it had everything that we wanted for our weekend. Special mention to the attentive concierge staff. If you like the beautiful area, then it would be a perfect place for you. What's more, getting to trafalgar square on foot takes about 5 mins.

The worst room I ever have stayed at. You would expect more from a five star hotel at a price at 364 £ for one night. The air condition had a volume like a jet airplane as well. If You get room nr 901, refuse to go there and demand another room. This was a horrible experience.

The room was great overlooking the Thames and the Eye. Very large but very comfortable, Breakfast was typically English many choice and delicious, and plenty of everything.
No idea everything was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, extensive and well cared for. The staff was super attentive, polite, helpful and friendly, both in the restaurant, at breakfast and reception, the concierge, the piccolo and the doorman. There was even a call from the reception to our room to ask if the room was okay and everything was okay. Together with my daughter I enjoyed the hotel and the city in London!
The balcony doors did not fit perfectly, so the wind raced through the cracks. We solved this by clamping a few pockets between them, which stopped the cold and the wind. It is a beautiful old building, but that would be an improvement for us. (Room 516).

Breakfast is fine and one of the better in a Londons hotel. Rooms are in order, beds are fine. Wifi is one of the better .
A wellness / pool is missing. But who has time for that in London ? ;-)

The garden restaurant was closed, while the weather is beautiful. This made things gloomy
